This policy explains the information processed when you browse AweTones, contact us or purchase a beat license.

Checkout and order information

We process the email address you provide, selected beat and license, price, payment provider reference, order status, purchase time and a private delivery token. We use this information to verify payment, issue your license, deliver files, provide support and maintain accounting records.

Payment providers

Card entry is securely hosted by Stripe inside our checkout page. AweTones does not receive or store your complete card number. Crypto invoices are handled by Heleket. Each provider processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

Website data

Our hosting, security and content-delivery providers may process technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamp to operate and protect the site. If analytics are enabled, they are used to understand aggregate visits and player interactions.

Local preferences

The store may use browser storage to remember beats you save or a preferred license. These preferences remain on your device and can be cleared through browser settings.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with providers needed for hosting, security, payment and email delivery, or when required by law. Order records are retained as reasonably necessary for license verification, support, fraud prevention and legal accounting obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Some order records may need to be retained where required by law or to preserve proof of the license issued.
