Terms of use and sale

These terms govern use of the AweTones website and purchases made through the AweTones store.

Beat previews

Public audio previews are provided only to evaluate a beat. Streaming or downloading a preview grants no right to record, distribute, monetize or otherwise use it.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Card payments are processed by Stripe; crypto payments are processed by Heleket. An order becomes effective only after AweTones receives a verified successful-payment notification from the processor. A browser return page, screenshot or transaction submission alone is not proof of payment.

Digital delivery

After payment confirmation, private download links are displayed and sent to the purchase email. The buyer is responsible for entering a working email address and keeping links private. Contact us if a technical issue prevents delivery.

License agreement

Each purchase includes a personalized license identifying the beat, buyer, license level and order. The rights and limits shown on the license comparison page and in the issued agreement control use of the beat. A license covers one finished song only and is non-transferable.

Refunds

Because untagged digital files are made available immediately, completed purchases are generally final once delivery access has been issued. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. Duplicate charges or files that cannot be delivered will be investigated and corrected.

Intellectual property

Unless an executed agreement expressly says otherwise, AweTones retains ownership of the beat, composition, artwork, branding and website content. Non-exclusive licenses do not prevent later licensing of the same beat to other artists.

Prohibited use

Buyers may not redistribute the standalone beat, resell or sublicense delivered files, claim authorship of the underlying beat, or register the beat or resulting song with YouTube Content ID, Meta Rights Manager or a comparable automated claiming service.

Availability

We may update, withdraw or mark beats as sold. A selection is not reserved until payment completes. Existing valid non-exclusive licenses remain effective if a beat is later sold exclusively.
